基于加速度传感器的低功耗冲击记录仪的实现

摘 要: 本文分析了机械冲击记录仪的不足,设计了一种基于加速度传感器的冲击记录仪,该电路采用双CPU结构,提高了系统的数据处理能力,通过对实时数据的计算和存储,实现了全程运动(既运输)过程受冲击情况监测。 关 键 词: 冲击记录仪;加速度传感器;超低功耗 中图分类号: TP24 文献标识码:A Realization of Ultra-Low-Power Shock Recorder Based on Accelerometer Ni En-ming (Supervision Center of Liaoning Expressway Administration,Shenyang 110003) Abstract:In this paper, the deficiencies of machine shock recorder are analyzed. The method of design and realization of shock recorder based on the accelerometer is introduced. Double CPU is applied in the new system, it can develop the capability of data processing. By mounting the shock recorder on the goods, it can collect and calculate the real-time data to monitor and record all shocks that is exposed to the goods during its transportation.
