结构与组成 主要部件为cold water tank（一般主机自带）、pump（一般主机自带）、main unit、cooling system 和连接water pipe。安装非常简单，连接water pipe和power supply后(380V)即可正常使用。
Cooler：在制冷过程中cooler起着输出热能并使制 refrigerant得以凝结作用。在压缩器排出的high pressure过热蒸汽进入 cooler后，将其工作过程吸收到的全部热量，其中包括从evaporator和压缩器中以及在管道内所吸收到的hotness都传递给周围介质（water or air）带走；制 refrigerant high pressure过热蒸汽重新凝结成为液体。（根据cooling介质和cooling方式不同，cooler可分为三类：air-cooled cooler、liquid-cooled cooler、evaporative cooling system）。
Expansion valve: 在refrigeration系统中的功能是使high-pressure liquid refrigerant变为low-pressure low-temperature wet vapor (大部分是liquid, 小部分是gas)流入evaporator，在其中通过heat transfer吸取被cooled介质thermal energy来达到refrigeration目的。
Refrigerant: 在现代工业中使用的大多数industrial cold water machine均使用R22或R12作为refigerant agent. Refrigerant is the flowing medium in the refrigeration system, its main function is to carry thermal energy and implement heat absorption and release during state changes.
Cleanliness of Cold Water Machine:
Cold water machines are prone to scale buildup due to dissolved minerals in the cooling fluid. Scale buildup can reduce heat transfer efficiency and increase operating costs. Traditional cleaning methods such as mechanical scrubbing, high-pressure washes, and acid washing have their drawbacks. Acid washing can corrode equipment and leave residues that can cause secondary corrosion or pitting; disposal of wastewater requires additional resources.
In contrast, wind-cooled ice machines use air cooling technology which eliminates the need for a separate cooling tower, pumps, pipes etc., reducing maintenance costs while conserving water resources. Wind-cooled screw type ice machines are compact with low noise levels yet provide ample capacity with long lifespan operation simplicity.
The working principle of wind-cooled screw type cold water machine consists of three steps:
1st step: Air enters through an inlet port into a compressor chamber.
2nd step: As the compressor rotates, each star wheel sequentially engages with teeth on the rotor surface allowing air to enter a compression chamber.
3rd step: With further rotation of the compressor chamber volume decreases causing compressed air until it exits through an outlet port completing one cycle per rotation around 2 cycles per full turn due to symmetrical star wheel placement.
Wind-cooling technology utilizes internal fans for heat dissipation within a single unit comprising three interconnected systems - coolant circulation loop system - evaporative condenser coil assembly - electric control circuitry setup.
